    Please turn in ASAP This preferred availability form is for the week of Dec 23rd. These preferences are only for this week and are not a guarantee of your schedule. Everyone needs to turn this in ASAP so we can post the schedule. Please note that shifts that are not filled by request for the week will be filled by random drawing. Employee names randomly drawn for shifts on the 23-25 will only be drawn for a maximum of one day(both shifts) You can choose to provide availability for the three days ONLY IF you would like extra hours. If you choose both shifts on Dec 25th you will not be included in the random drawing for the 24th or 26th. Dec 25th will be time + 1/2 pay. Choosing only one shift on the 25th or choosing shifts on the 24th or 26th DOES NOT remove your name from the random drawing. The more shifts that are filled by people willing to request them means there are fewer shifts to be chosen by drawing. We will do our best to make schedules that work for everyone.

  • Please check each shift below you are available to work. Only check times you can be at work for the entire shift.(make sure to figure in transportation time):
    This day will be randomly assigned. Select times only if you would like to be assigned any of these shifts in addition to any randomly assigned day. Picking times on this day does not remove your name from the drawing for any remaining shifts.
    This day will be paid time + 1/2. Any shifts not filled by request will be assigned by random drawing. If you choose both shifts this day you will be removed from the drawing for the 24th and 26th
    This day will be randomly assigned. Select times only if you would like to be assigned any of these shifts in addition to any randomly assigned day. Picking times on this day does not remove your name from the drawing for any remaining holiday shifts.
